I’m currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate at The University of Liverpool, where I will be for the next three years. Here I am working on a project called ‘How Does It Feel? Interpersonal Understanding and Affective Empathy’.

Previously I was a Teaching Fellow for two years at Trinity College Dublin, where I taught a variety of modules and supervised both BA and MPhil students. See my CV below for more details.

At the moment I’m particularly interested in normativity, the philosophy of mental health, moral psychology, normative ethics, desire, and wellbeing.

My research page is here, my philpapers page here and my academia page here.

I am currently co-director of MAP UK, a growing community that strives to celebrate, support and encourage the work of underrepresented groups in philosophy.
